Why drive so far to get a great work out? The ECC has what you need to get in shape. Choose from one of the new aerobic classes or do it yourself in our new fitness center with state of the art cardio and strength training equipment.
Fall & Winter Hours:
September – March
Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m.
Saturdays 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.

March – June

- Membership required to use fitness center.
- Orientations are offered for members that need to be shown the correct way to use equipment and last about 20 minutes.
- Personal Trainers are also available upon request at a cost of $80 per hour.
- You must be 16 years of age or older to use fitness center. (14 & 15 years old require a doctors release)

Personal Trainers on Staff
A personal trainer and group exercise instructor with over 25 years of experience. She is ACE certified for both personal training and exercise classes. She is also certified in Zumba, kickboxing, body sculpting ,and spinning. She is a high energy instructor sure to get you motivated and in shape in no time.
Personal Trainer for 18+years in lower Fairfield County. He is the former owner of Fairfield Sports and Fitness Training, LLC. He has worked with all ages from 8 to 95 years young. He has a degree from Southern Connecticut State University in Exercise Science and also specializes in sports specific and group training. He believes that the only way to reach your fitness goals is to always push the body to the limits.
Group Fitness Training (must be current members)
- Members $80 per hour ($40 per person / 2 participants)
- Members $140 per hour ($35 per person / 4 participants)
Get up to 4 people together and create your own fitness class with personal attention. Once your group is registered, ECC will schedule your group training.
Zumba is a Latin inspired fitness class that incorporates international music into dance movements, which creates a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness program. Zumba is exercise in disguise; it’s so much fun you don’t even know you’re exercising. Zumba is designed for any fitness level or age. This cardio based workout with components of resistance training and sculpting helps tone your entire body and achieve any fitness goal you set for yourself.
Body Sculpting with Aida Fedorko
Come get the beach body that you have always wanted. Using weights and other resistance equipment you will tone and sculpt your muscles into a lean, a calorie bringing machine. A group class with motivating music led by the enthusiastic and ACE certified trainer Aida Fedorko. Guaranteed fun and results!
Please bring 3 – 5 lb. weights to class.
Saturday Fitness Classes with Aida
This Saturday class is a combo of cardiovascular and strength training to help up your metabolism during this fun spring and summer class.
Create strength, flexibility, and peace in your body, mind, and spirit through the ancient practice of yoga. You will be encouraged to move at your own pace in a nurturing environment. Yoga is a wonderful way to manage everyday stress. Class will end with a deep relaxation.
Please bring a Yoga mat to class.

Sunday – Adult, Beginner and Intermediate Tennis Levels
Michael is a graduate of Andrew Warde H.S. in Fairfield, and Boston University. In 2009 he retired from the City of Bridgeport’s Information Technology Services Department after 25 years of devoted service.
Michael worked four years at Trumbull Racket Club as a part time instructor. His responsibilities included Tournament Training Center, USTA 18 and under team practice, adult/junior clinics, private lessons, USTA Quick Start Tournaments and coach for home/away USTA matches. Michael represented TRC at USTA meetings.
Michael Beitman has been with Fairfield County Tennis for the past six years, five years as Easton’s head pro. Michael is both a PTR & USTA member. Michael, in conjunction with the Wilton YMCA, recently completed the Redwoods Institute Risk Management Training course.
Michael brings to the court years of expertise, enthusiasm for the sport, and his friendly demeanor to teach and encourage tennis players of all ages.

Looking for a great way to exercise and have fun at the same time? Beginning – intermediate as well as experienced advanced players welcomed. Beginners are taught the basics and more advanced principles of the sport. While the beginners are being taught the intermediate/advanced players can just play. Every game is set up by the instructor to be both balanced and fun. Badminton is an Olympic sport, this is not your summer backyard game. Badminton is the fastest racquet sport in the world. Birds have been clocked at international competition at over 200 miles per hour.
Peter Bartush, badminton instructor has been playing badminton for more than 45 years. He has been coaching badminton for over 25 years. He has won Senior Connecticut State and New England Regional tournaments. In his junior programs, he has had many players win 1st place in the Connecticut State Junior Badminton Tournaments, New England Regional Junior Tournaments and participate in the USA Badminton National Junior Tournament, placing 5th in the nation in doubles. He currently has over 5 badminton programs running in Fairfield, Westport and Easton, ranging from after school (K-3) +(4-6) , junior, advanced junior, adult and advanced adult programs.
